mock court

today we had a mock court case that was based on a rape course. i was the senior lawyer for the propesition. we were defending the rape victim that we had to prove was rapped. paul agreed to be the accused wich was good. he was getting charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent, one of penile/vaginal penetrationand the other one of cunnilingus.we did ok at the court hearing but we or my junior lawyer could have done better. yes you know who you are. jks. i could of done better but the point of the trial was to have fun and to get a better understanding about rape cases and things like that. i thought it was fun dressing up and i pretty much liked the whole thing. it will be fun to do it again as well. i learned that proving that you or someone who was raped is harder to prove than i thought and it is better to go to the hospital and get all the dna report as soon as posible so you have that evidence so it makes it easier if you do plan to go to court latter on.
